More Lost Luggage

Anthony Pezzotti wrote:

My luggage has been missing for 9 days. I live in Akron, OH and have been
checking in Columbus daily. I even drove down to Columbus this week and no
luck. Being that there is no way to contact the corporate office, I am sort of
stuck. I am being told it is going to take 2-6 MONTHS to process my claim for
reimbursement. I am totally fed up with the customer service with Skybus. I am
going to contact the local media here in Akron OH hoping that they will help me
out and also contact the media in San Diego in hopes of them helping me out. I
was also told that my luggage is probably sitting somewhere in a Skybus hub -
the employees are just too lazy to check and see if it is there. In the
meantime I am suppose to go without my clothes and personal belongings. How
about that? I know one thing, it’s definitely not worth saving a few bucks
flying Skybus, if you have to go through this kind of grief.
You better think twice! Customer service means alot…. and I will tell you,
the customer service I have received is absolutely horrible…

Also- Ohio Attorney General’s office. And no I do not yet have a complaint. I will fly on the 17th. Just trying to help you because I’m pretty much anti-corporate welfare. (Oy! A Democrat.)
